Gerard Doroski

Mr. Doroski joined Contrarian in 2021 and is Managing Director of Business Development. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Doroski was a Director of Business Development at LSV Financial. At LSV, he was responsible for business development, investor relations and transaction sourcing for their Global Secondaries platform. From 2016 to 2018, he was a VP and Client Service Executive at OFS Management, a New York City based middle-market credit specialist with over $2 billion of assets under management. From 2013 to 2016, he was the Head of Business Development for Consector Capital, LP, a hedge fund focused on Financial Services investments. Prior to Consector, he spent 7 years as a Managing Director for Lyster Watson & Company, a hedge fund advisory and emerging manager marketing company where he worked closely with Andrew Frieman. From 1999 to 2006, he was an Associate Director for Bear Stearns Asset Management, where he was responsible for fundraising for BSAM’s hedge fund platform. Mr. Doroski began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he worked in their Private Wealth Management Division. Mr. Doroski received a BS from Wagner College. He is also a CAIA charterholder.
