Jon has headed and served on numerous creditor committees and currently serves on two Boards of Directors. Jon has previously held positions at Bear Stearns and Oppenheimer & Co. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1981 after completing a BA from Rutgers College (with Honors) in 1977.

Janice has 24 years of experience in distressed securities and has served on numerous creditor committees. She is currently on one Board of Directors. Janice has previously held positions at Lehman Brothers and Oppenheimer & Co. She earned her MBA from Stanford Business School in 1985 after completing a BS from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Magna Cum Laude) in 1981.

Gil has over 18 years of experience in distressed securities. He previously held positions at Arthur G. Cohen and Oppenheimer & Co. He earned his MBA from Wharton Business School in 1987 after completing a BSBA from Georgetown University (Cum Laude) in 1984.
